SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GLAZE Beauty. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.

GLAZE Beauty ships to the following countries and regions:

We do not currently ship to countries outside of Europe and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations and will update this policy accordingly.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via tracked international logistics. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Netherlands: 5–12 business days

Germany, France, Belgium: 6–14 business days

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Italy, Spain: 7–16 business days

Other EU countries: 7–18 business days

 

These are estimated delivery windows and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The following rates apply:

 

Free shipping: Available on all orders

 

The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the system. If your tracking number does not show any activity after 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply as GLAZE Beauty ships from within the EU supply chain.

For orders to the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to UK customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. GLAZE Beauty is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges applied by UK customs authorities.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hey@getglazebeauty.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.

We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and, where appropriate, offer a replacement shipment or full refund. We aim to resolve all claims within 5 business days.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. GLAZE Beauty is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@getglazebeauty.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
